Rob works with management teams to design and implement relationship development strategies that move more online visitors to prospects, and then move more prospects to active donors, loyal clients or passionate customers.
He has built a career working with mission driven for-profit and non-profit organizations, working in the fields of health and nutrition, economic development, human resources, children’s services, and natural products.
With over 30 year experience, Rob has managed, consulted and served on boards of start-ups as well as established entities in both turnaround and growth stages. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BA with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
Mike consults to and trains nonprofit organizations and foundations so they can increase their effectiveness and impact. Based in San Francisco, Mike has worked with a range of local and national organization. A nonprofit strategist for 25 years, his recent clients include the California Association of Food Banks, the East Bay Regional Parks Foundation and the San Diego Museum of Art.
Mike received his MBA from the Yale School of Management, and has published numerous nonprofit management articles and manuals. Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Organizations, second edition, published by John Wiley and Sons, 2005 is available through Amazon.com.
Emily helps clients discover, develop and share their brand stories. A passionate strategist, copywriter and communicator, Emily is the former director of strategy at a full-service marketing and advertising agency, and has designed and implemented traditional and digital marketing campaigns for clients ranging from small not-for-profits to large Fortune 500s.
Emily is an instructor for iMission programs , and is the founder of Cursive Content Marketing.
Mason is a second generation direct response marketer, bringing a best practice approach to nonprofit email marketing and direct mail solicitation. He prides himself on creating the content that not only conveys client unique purpose, but also effectively moves people to take actions, like donating, buying, volunteering and advocating.
Mason is active in developing many aspects of the iMission training programs and workbooks. He is the man beyond WordMason.com, an incredible direct response firm.
Brought state-of the-art web technology, content management and campaign philosophy to enable and empower the Boys & Girls Club staff, board and active supports to increase an annual campaign five fold with a 2.5 times increases in total donors with a sharp increase in new donors. Provided integration of website with email marketing,donor management, blogging and social media process to streamline process for more effective management throughout the year. Helped develop annual fundraising program to offset projected budget deficits.
Crafted and implemented an integrated marketing launch campaign for Adora, now a leading supplement sold in the natural channel of distribution. Program included cause-related marketing initiative with the National Osteoporosis Foundation and bone-density screenings and product sampling at women’s events across the United States. Secured co-branding contest relationship with Canyon Ranch Spas that drove a rapid and significant increase in online consumer relationships.
Supported best-selling author and leading healthy eating advocate, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, in the development and marketing of an online assessment tool to identify individualized disease risks and nutritional recommendations. This application was subsequently sold to Whole Foods Markets, and serves as a keystone to its Health Starts Here initiative.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive content marketing strategy targeted to consumers seeking a livable nutritional solution for heart health and cardiovascular disease prevention.
